SHIPPING & RETURNS

Trendy TAG Boutique orders are filled as promptly as possible. We ship most orders to arrive 5-7 business days from the receipt of order. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. There is often a delay between the time that you place your order and the time it actually ships. Some orders can take up to 5 days to ship regardless of your chosen shipping method. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside the United States or to post office boxes.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY

Trendy TAG Boutique ships all orders via UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, UPS will attempt to deliver your package two more times, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, UPS will hold onto the package for 5 days then return the package(s) to the original sender. If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may choose to have your purchase(s) refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we do not receive a response from you, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipment from Trendy TAG Boutique your original shipping fees will not be refunded.

SALES TAX

Sales tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 7 days of receipt of purchase (please see instructions below).

In store returns and exchanges can only be made within 7 days of purchase and must meet the requirements that are listed below. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.  Therefore shop wisely!

All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully! Returns or exchanges on SALE merchandise will not be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not accept returns on SHOES that have been scuffed or worn. Please be careful when trying on shoes. We suggest trying them on carpet and inspecting them for fit before attempting to send them back. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on LINGERIE & SWIMWEAR due to hygienic concerns.

RETURNS

All web & instore returns must be sent back with price tags attached, in original packaging, free of stains and odor, pet hair, and in sellable condition. To receive a full refund for your item(s) they must be returned to Trendy TAG Boutique within 7 days of receiving the product, NO EXCEPTIONS. Before sending the item, you must call or email returns@trendytagboutique.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Please fill out the Return Authorization form that came with your shipment, putting your RA# in the upper right hand corner. If you send the item(s) back without receiving an RA# or after the 7 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and we will not be held responsible for returning the item to you. Receiving the RA# does not guarantee that you will receive a refund if your item does not meet the return qualifications listed above.The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total minus shipping expenses, if any.

EXCHANGES 

To exchange an item that was purchased online, please obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) either by calling or emailing returns@trendytagboutique.com.  Fill out the exchange section of your RA form indicating your top choices for exchange. Please note that we can not guarantee that your top choices will be in stock by the time we receive your package. All regularly priced items are exchangeable. All sale items are final sale.

For faster delivery we recommend placing a new order and returning your item as explained above under Returns. This will ensure that your selected item(s) gets to you faster and will increase the chances that it will be in stock. Your exchange request will be addressed within one week. If we do not have any of your selected exchange items a representative from Trendy TAG Boutique will contact you via email and or phone. Please ship your returns or exchanges with the shipping company of your choice. Insure your package and keep the tracking number. Trendy TAG Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent to us.
